I CAN MAKE ADJUSTMENTS TO MY HOURS TO MEET YOUR FINGERPRINTING NEEDS, AN ADDITIONAL FEE WILL BE APPLIED: 1 HOUR BEFORE OR AFTER MY WORK HOURS IS AN ADDITIONAL $30. If you need my services and you are an hour/over an hour away, an additional $50 fee is applied and paid upfront before I come to you.

Where are you located?
I am mobile, I do not have an office. I can meet you at an agreed location. I’m based out of Cleveland Heights
Do I need an appointment?
Yes, an appointment is necessary.
How can I check the status of my background check?
The OHIO BCI processes the background checks and mails them out. If it’s been longer than 30 days, call BCI at 877-224-0043 and press option 0. They are available Monday thru Friday 8:00am – 4:30pm.
How long does it take for a background check to be processed?
5-7 days and sometimes up to 2 months
Can I get a copy of my background check?
Yes, if you get the results mailed back to you during the initial background check process instead of having the background check mailed to another location or call BCI at 877-224-0043
What is your refund policy?
A refund will be processed if your background check was not received due to an error on my end.
A refund will be processed for INK fingerprinting if your fingerprints were rejected due to an error on my end. Proof will be needed to receive a refund within 60 days.
What do I need to get fingerprinted/background check?
A valid form of a photo identification: drivers license, U.S passport, military I.D., foreign drivers license, work visa with photo.
How long does it take to do a Social Media Screening?
It takes 1-2 days.
What is a Social Media Background Check?
A social media background check is a review of a person’s online presence on social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, and Reddit. This provides insights into a person’s character and behavior that may not be apparent from traditional background checks.
Do you hack or use other illegal or unethical ways of gaining social media information?
No, it’s illegal and we only abide by all state and federal laws.
What is a Social Media Screening used for?
Employee Self Check, Pre-employment background check, college recruiting, workplace safety, government pre-screening/security clearances, and even post-employment screening.
What are all the derogatory Indicators or risk factors that you take into account on a Social Media Background Check?
Hate Speech, Toxic Language, Political Speech, Narcotics, Insults and Bullying, Drug Related Images, Obscene Language, Violent images or videos, Self-Harm, Explicit/Racy Images like explicit nudity, Threats of Violence.
